Newly redone, it seems architecturally designed, tastefully decorated, and with nice materials and finishing touches. Good quality bedding and towels (not branded, but on par with Marriott), large TV, excellent water pressure, fast and stable wi-fi. It felt spacious, possibly in part due to the room's high ceiling. It was perfectly quiet, most likely because the rooms are well sound-insulated (caveat: cannot be 100% sure because the adjacent rooms seemed empty). The overall feeling was of better quality than in the pictures, meeting and exceeding expectations. Although some of the front desk staff seemed new and unsure of what they could or couldn't do, or how, (we had an unusual request), everyone was polite, nice, and they tried to be helpful. Wholeheartedly recommended, thank you for an excellent stay!

We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect everything! I can’t say enough and have been constantly raving about this place. The exterior, grounds, room, location, breakfast, and staff. Thank you and God bless you for obviously not cutting any corners and giving such excellence and at such a fair price. We also very much appreciated that there were no bs additional charges for parking or “resort fees,” and a wonderful European style complimentary breakfast. Bravo on restoring my hope that there actually ARE still businesses that care and strive to make something truly good. We felt very happy to be there, comfortable, and welcome. Please don’t change.

A fabulous hotel near Menlo Park. An unassuming entrance off El Camino leads into an oasis of comfort and top-notch service. The rooms have been beautifully updated - ours had a lovely private, outdoor patio. The pool, gym and grounds are immaculate. Breakfast (included) is outstanding. And the small touches, like a readily-available coffee machine, ice water and chocolate bowl in the lobby, and free laundry take it over the top. Do yourself a favour - look no further if you’re looking to stay in an extraordinary boutique hotel in this area.

It is nice little place tucked back off the main El Camino Real road. It’s very clean and quiet. We had a small private patio off our room. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning and 24/7 coffee and tea. They have a small work out room with a washer and dryer available for use by guests. It is close to good restaurants in Menlo Park (most on Santa Cruz Ave).

Everything was super clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was good (excellent coffee machine!). The rooms are really tastefully done and feel roomy and comfortable. The bathroom has really nice Kohler fixtures and great Lather bath products (much nicer than some more expensive hotels I’ve stayed in). I’d definitely stay here again.
